Step 1: Temperament Assessment – $28 (One-time)

Before your dog can be boarded or attend daycare, we require a short assessment to ensure a safe and happy environment for all our guests.

🦴 What’s involved:

• Evaluating your dog’s temperament
• Observing how your dog copes with staying alone in the room (crate/box)
• Interaction with other dogs in a social setting

Step 2: Assessment Outcome

Once the assessment is complete, we’ll let you know if your dog is ready for boarding or daycare.

👍 If your dog is approved, you can proceed with your first booking right away.

Step 3: Special Offer – Waive the $28 Fee

If you confirm and pay a 50% deposit for your first stay immediately after the assessment, we’ll waive the $28 assessment fee!

Step 4: Tick & Flea Prevention – $15

To maintain a clean and safe environment for all dogs:

• A $15 tick and flea prevention fee is compulsory.
• This fee will be waived only if your dog has already been treated prior to boarding (proof or confirmation required).
